Preceded in death by her parents Walter and Hilda Hietala. Hazel was born in Calumet Twp., after graduation from high school, she received a degree in business from Suomi College.

Funeral Wednesday 1 p.m (in state 12 noon) at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 35300 W. Eight Mile Road, Farmington Hills, MI.

Interment Glen Eden Memorial Park, Livonia.
