Gloria E. Myers, of Farmington Hills, MI, passed away December 30, 2019 age 86.

Gloria was born in Laurium, in Michigan's upper Keweenaw Peninsula, the daughter of Arvo and Ida Lokojarvi.

Loving mother of Daniel, David (Michele), Steven and Cheryl.

Cherished grandmother of Megan, Noma Lena, Daniel Jr., and Jonathan; 9 great grandchildren and dear sister of Gerry Lokojarvi.

Gloria was preceded in death by her beloved husband Ernest Myers of 38 years, her brothers Glenn Lokojarvi, Gene Lokojarvi and sister Gladys Pelto.

Gloria loved spending time with family, friends, her church and music, playing piano, violin, handbells, and singing in the choir. She will be missed by many.

Funeral services 1:00 pm Tuesday at the Thayer-Rock Funeral Home Downtown Farmington. Visitation Tuesday 11:00 a.m. to time of service. Officiating is Pastor Brian Dupre, Shadow of the Cross Evangelical Lutheran Church, Farmington Hills.

Interment will follow her service at Mount Hope Memorial Gardens, Livonia, Michigan.
