Age 86. Beloved husband of Beverly for 42 years.
Loving father of Shane (Michelle), Kurt (Kelly), George III, Lisa, and the late Todd Shamie.
Cherished grandfather of ten.
Dear brother of Dorothy (the late Al) Sawaya, Eleanor (Jim) Peters,
the late Evelyn (the late Bill) Berghoff, and the late Helen (the late Al) Bryen. .
Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Friday 11 AM at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home, Downtown Farmington. Rev. Dr. Bernie Callahan, Pastor of First Baptist Church of Livonia will officiate.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday from 4-9 PM and on Thursday from 2-9 PM at the funeral home.

Interment at Parkview Memorial Cemetery, Livonia.
