Fred Walsh Parker of Farmington passed away April 11, 2020 at age 87.

He was born August 17, 1932 in Detroit, Michigan the son of Frederick and Anne Parker.

Fred was in the Naval Reserves during the Korean War; received a Bachelor's degree from Eastern Michigan University and a Masters from Michigan State University. He was an educator / special education in the Farmington Public School for more then 30 years.

Beloved husband of 62 years to the late Edith Ross Parker; loving father of Jeffrey Leigh (Martha "Marty") Parker, Alison Jo (Dan Peck) Parker-Peck and Amy Joy Parker; proud grandfather of Emily Anne (Jacob) Compton, Rachel Lynne Parker, Hannah Joy Bassman, Jaclyn Marie Parker and Shannon Marguerite Parker; great grandfather of Eleanor "Ella" Grace Compton; caring brother of the late JoHannah Alice Hilliard.
