Floyd Thompson of Farmington passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at age 85.

Born December 15, 1934 in Detroit, Michigan, the son of Allan and Dorothy Thompson.

Beloved husband of the late Darlene; loving father of Dianne (Mark) Rogers, the late Sharon (Patrick) Brent and Michael (Renee) Thompson proud grandfather of Daniel (Andrea) Brent, Jason Brent, Gail (Paul) Goebel, Emily (John) Proctor, Michael Thompson, the late Allison Thompson and the late Mark C. B. Rogers.

Floyd will be remembered as a hands-on father and grandfather to his daughter and granddaughters, for his love of history and learning, his passion for gardening, and his insight on life that we valued dearly.

Funeral Services for Floyd will be held privately

Memorial donations in memory of Floyd may be directed to the American Lung Association.
