Age 90. Beloved husband of Joan for 38 years. Loving father of Dennis (Sharon), Gary, Tom (Diane), Carol, Annette Burrick (Harry), Elaine Snow (Wayne), Denise Navarro (Mike), James Sullivan (Maggie) and John Sullivan. Cherished grandfather of Jennifer, Jason, Eric, Douglas, Alyssa, James, Tori, Ashton and Katie.

Ed lived a long and happy life. He worked as a teacher in the Detroit Public Schools for 30 years. He was wounded in WWII and received two Purple Hearts and a Bronze Star. Ed passed surrounded by family. He will be missed by all who love him.

Funeral Thursday, November 6th, 10 a.m. Mass (in state 9:30 a.m.) at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 23815 Power Rd., Farmington, MI 48336.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday from 2-8 p.m. (Scripture Service 7 p.m.) at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home in Downtown Farmington.
