Age 85, of Farmington Hills. Born in Mohawk, Michigan.

Beloved husband of Jane for 62 years. Survived by one son, one grandson and two great-grandchildren. Also, survived by his brothers Owen (Barbara) O'Brien and Cleo Thomas.

After servivng his country during W.W.II, Mr. O'Brien worked for the Unysis Corporation. After his retirement, he became an active volunteer at the Finnish Cultural Center in Farmington Hills, Michigan.

Services will be private.

Interment will take place at Lakeview Cemetery, Calumet, Michigan.
