Diane Salonen (Bergmann) was taken to her heavenly home on September 27, 2011. Although she was taken suddenly she was surrounded by her adoring family and friends during her last moments. She will be dearly missed and remembered by all who knew her. She was a life long member of the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church. Diane received much joy by giving to others in her life... especially children. She is survived by her children Tanja and Joel Mortyn, Christa and Jon Lipe, Derek Salonen and Sarina Salonen.
She loved her grandchildren Alivia, Niina and Otto who were the light of her life. She is predeceased by her two sisters Elaine and Laura and will be greatly missed by her siblings Doug, Mary, Sherry, Margie, Joanne, Linda, Cathy and their families. She was so well supported by her Christian friends and her dear neighbours. Special Thanks to the staff for the wonderful care received at Windsor Regional Hospital.

Funeral Saturday 11 AM at Old Apostolic Lutheran Church, 34100 W. 8 Mile Rd, Farmington Hills, MI, 48335. Charles Lobbestael, and William Scheffler will officiate.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday 2-9 PM.

Interment at Glen Eden Memorial Park, Livonia.
