Age 87. Beloved wife of the late Marvin for 51 years. Loving mother of Neil (Jacqueline) Sohlin. Cherished grandmother of Nicole (John) Kern, Ashleigh Sohlin and Stephen Sohlin. Dear sister of Mildred Swailes. Survived by her nieces Gail, Melodi, Anora, Pam, Judy, Scotti Lee, and nephews Craig and Allen. Barbara also enjoyed her canine companions Shaggy, the late Ziggy, and the late Benson.

Funeral Wednesday 11:00 a.m. at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home in Downtown Farmington. Rev. Brian Williams, Pastor of West Bloomfield United Methodist Church will officiate.

Barbara's family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
