Barbara Jean spent her life as a Detroit Public School teacher for 28 years, and as a volunteer at both Grace & Botsford General hospitals for over 22 years.

A Memorial Service will be held at 3 PM Saturday, October 22, 2011. Visiting with the family will be from 1 PM until the service time at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home, Downtown Farmington.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of the donor's choice. Thank you.
