Beloved husband of the late Areatha for 39 years. Loving father of Julianne Foley and Arthur Jouppi. Cherished grandfather of Richard (Julie) Foley, Krista (Jon) Komisar and Tina Foley. Great-grandfather of Scarlet Foley and Gwen Komisar. Dear brother of the late: Arvid, Antti, Matt, Alfred, Emil, John, Fanny, Isaac, Irene Toner, Jack and Mary Jouppi.
