Amelia Ann O'Reilly died  February 3, 2025, just in time to reunite with her husband, Sean Bogue O'Reilly, for their 60th wedding anniversary. He had preceded her in death just before their 50th anniversary.

She is survived by her six children, Sean Jr., Christopher (Clara), Brendan (Kera), Ann Marie, Emily (Shelton), Patrick, and preceded in death by her daughter Maureen.
Also surviving are her grandchildren Jessica (Zebulon), Brendan Jr., Declan, Mairead and her great-grandchildren, Zebulon Jr., Blythe, and Kalayah.

Memorial visitation Sunday, February 9, 2025 from 3-8 pm with a Rosary at 7:00 pm at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home, 33603 Grand River Ave., Farmington, Michigan, 48335. A memorial mass will take place Monday, February 10, 2025, at 9:30 am (9:00 am instate) at St. Aidan Catholic Church, 17500 Farmington Rd., Livonia, Michigan 48152. Inurnment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield, Michigan. Memorial Contributions may be directed to St. Christine's Soup Kitchen and Pantry or Gloversville Library in New York.
