In Farmington Hills, Michigan,
after a long and courageous battle with doctors. She was preceded
in death by her parents, Alvin and Irene (Jones) Hamele, and by her sisters
Barbara Kirsh, Doris Downing, and Mary Muetzel Gray. She is survived by her life partner, Bruce Tobis, of Farmington Hills; brothers Alvin, Jr., of Portage, Wisconsin,
and John, of Minden, Nevada; and by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A funeral Mass will be said
from St. Mary's Catholic Church, Portage, Wisconsin, followed by burial at Silver
Lake Cemetery.
